Step 1: Property Evaluation  & Setup

$395 setup fee includes all of Step1

  • Property Inspection

  • Evaluate property condition

  • Provide detailed BPO (brokers pricing opinion) with photos

  • Obtain bids for property clean-out, repair, and maintenance

Step 2: Property Management

  • Handling utility transfers

  • Re-key/securing property

  • Supervise repairs & maintenance

  • Monthly inspections reports

  • Eviction management

 

Step 3: Reports

  • Monthly status report on all properties

  • Monthly expenditure reporting

  •  Retain all records for 5 years

Step 4: Marketing

  • Place property in Multiple Listing Service

  • Advertise

    Step 5: Negotiation and closing

    • Provide qualified, experienced REO Broker/Agent

    • Counter, reject or accept offers within approved limits

    • Give a completely detailed net sheet with all offers

    • Complete closing in an orderly time frame
